Credit Focus Privacy Policy applies only to consumer transactions (not business transactions). The Credit Focus Digital Privacy Practices applies to all visitors to this website.

Dear Credit Focus Customer,

We know how important your privacy is to you. And, at Credit Focus , we're committed to protecting it.

To explain the way Credit Focus handles customer information, we are providing Credit Focus 's Privacy Policy to you.

Protecting your privacy is a priority to us. Protecting your privacy is important to Credit Focus . We want you to understand what information we may gather and how we may share it. This Privacy Policy explains Credit Focus 's collection, use, retention and security of information about you.

How We Gather Information

consumer reporting agencies. This information may include account information and information about your creditworthiness; other third parties including public sources. This information may include real-estate records, street and e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.

Sharing Information Outside the Credit Focus Family

We are required to or we may provide information about you to third parties outside of the Credit Focus family without your consent, as permitted by law, such as,

We do not provide nonpublic information about you to any non-Credit Focus company whose products and services are being marketed unless you authorize us to do so. These non-Credit Focus companies are not allowed to use this information for purposes beyond your specific authorization.

Sharing Information Within the Credit Focus Family

We also may share information about you within our family of financial service companies.

Credit Focus and its family may share with each other all of the categories of information we gather about you, identification information (such as your name and address), and other non-credit related information.

Even if you are no longer a Credit Focus customer, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.

Credit Focus is committed to safeguarding information about customers and visitors to Credit Focus Web sites.

How We Collect Information

Privacy and Children

Credit Focus respects the privacy of children. When Credit Focus offers online educational opportunities to children through sites such as CCCkids.com, we will not collect names or any other personally identifiable information from children. We do not knowingly market to children.
